Accounts and Security

Memberships, Billing, and Renewals

If you purchase a membership, you agree to pay all fees disclosed at checkout. Standard membership is billed annually and renews automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date. By purchasing a membership, you authorize the applicable charges to your chosen payment method.

Membership fees are non-refundable once charged, except where required by law. You may cancel to prevent future renewals, but cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

If a payment fails or your membership is cancelled, suspended, or expires, access to paid member features may be limited or removed.

Lifetime Membership

BO&SS may recognize Lifetime Membership status after four total years of paid annual subscription, whether consecutive or non-consecutive. Lifetime benefits, access, and recognition features are subject to the offerings and policies in effect at the time they are provided and may be updated by BO&SS from time to time.

Permitted Use

You agree to use the website and community for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not damage, disable, overburden, or impair the website or interfere with any other user's access or experience.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the website or community to engage in unlawful conduct, harassment, abuse, hate speech, impersonation, fraud, spam, unauthorized advertising, intellectual property infringement, scraping, reverse engineering, disruption of services, or the upload of malicious code or harmful material.

Community Standards and Moderation

If you participate in the BO&SS Community, including the Feed, Spaces, comments, or similar features, you agree to engage respectfully and responsibly. We reserve the right to moderate content, remove posts, limit visibility, suspend privileges, restrict access, or terminate accounts where necessary for safety, policy enforcement, legal compliance, billing issues, or platform integrity.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, post, upload, or share, but by submitting content through the website or community, you grant BO&SS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, and use that content as necessary to operate, promote, moderate, and improve the platform.
