The Each One Teach One Leadership-Mentorship Program
This consulting/coaching service is designed for business owners, leaders, and entrepreneurs who are ready to build a cultural brand that goes beyond a mission statement and creates authentic, measurable impact. This program helps you and your team operationalize your values, fostering a culture of mutual respect, collaboration, and excellence to inspire the next
generation of leaders.

Core Program Offerings
This program is structured in three phases to ensure your values are not just stated but truly lived.
Phase 1: Foundation & Alignment
- Values Assessment: We start with a comprehensive assessment to understand you or your organization’s current cultural landscape. It’s a deep dive into how your business or team perceives their core values and where the gaps exist. Our goal is to transform core principles into a tangible, lived reality, fostering a stronger, more united, and purpose-driven mentorships.
Phase 2: Activation & Education
- Each One – Teach One Leadership Platform: 3-month online mentoring program. 1 hour, biweekly group sessions.
● A group based mentoring platform to discuss and define personal leadership vision and align it with the organization’s values of Respect, Excellence, Equity, Collaboration, and Humility.
● We facilitate a dynamic, interactive workshop with a group of 10 members. We provide ongoing support through bi-weekly check-ins to track our progress, troubleshoot challenges, and celebrate wins.These sessions use proprietary frameworks to translate abstract values into concrete behaviors. We’ll work on practical scenarios, fostering open dialogue and creating a shared understanding of what each value looks like in practice.
● The completion of this mentorship program fosters knowledge-sharing and leadership development across all levels of entrepreneurial or organizational challenges, shifting focus from individual achievement to collective elevation.
Phase 3: Integration & Legacy
- Accountability & Support: This is where we ensure lasting connections and access to network resources.
- Customized Leadership Activation Plan: A comprehensive, customized plan is delivered to the participant after completion of the leadership mentorship workshop. The plan outlines clear, actionable next steps to embed values into daily operations. This includes suggestions for team or organizational agendas, performance review criteria, and communication strategies that reinforce core values. We develop a tailored Cultural Framework that acts as the strategic guide. This document outlines our values in action, providing a clear roadmap for embedding them into daily operations.
